4th of July?!

As if Liam's preschool knew how much we want winter to end, they created a fun little "4th of July" picnic in January! The class had just wrapped up a study on the United States of America, where they learned about their country, the Pledge of Allegiance, and patriotic songs. For the picnic, we were encouraged to wear red, white, and blue and bring a blanket and snacks to go with the hot dogs they cooked. What a fun little morning! 

Before we left to meet Liam at school for the picnic, my little model wanted an All-American photoshoot:)

 There were activities for the kids to do, like painting fireworks using bath sponges and glitter:

I love that there are so many fun little opportunities to join in the preschool fun. They do such a great job with the kids, and I love breaking up our morning and getting to see some of Liam's day!
