This weekend, my parents came out so we could all go visit the Christmas Story House in Cleveland. If you don't know or like the movie, this post will mean nothing to you! We are die-hard fans, watching numerous times on Christmas Eve when it is aired for 24 hours, so this was a really fun trip! Layne watched Liam while we visited the house - thank you, Layne! There weren't many scenes filmed inside the house, but the outside of the house is featured a lot. The person who bought the house re-created the inside set of the house, so you really got the feeling you were there. The house across the street was turned into a museum that had lots of artifacts and behind-the-scenes photos and stories.
